Nature’s Bounty

This scene from King’s Ferry Landing on Lake Champlain in Burlington, Vermont; causes me to rejoice at the abundance of so many resources in this world.  At the same time it also reminds me that for some plants and animals there exists a very real danger of them disappearing from our world.  If we care for what God has entrusted to our care wisely; this wondrous world of our will be here for many generations to come.  Our history has stories of success and failure: The Passenger Pigeon no longer exists but the Bald Eagle that was once considered an endangered species is no longer considered endangered.  Which of histories lessons we repeat is our choice!
